Yes, they are legit and professional. Friendly staff answered any questions I had. It was a pleasure to talk to them. The doll only had a few minor flaws and a little discoloration on the lips. But overall, nothing to worry about. I think it just makes her unique, even if someone else orders the same doll with the same design choices (they offer tons of choices). She’s still my only daughter.
